T he Harbour is a United Methodist Church that understands REAL PEOPLE and REAL LIFE SITUATIONS.  Real People desire to Grow Spiritually in Jesus Christ.  Real Life Situations in the past may have left you with a bad taste of the Church or God.  Real People have busy schedules, tight budgets and the stuff of life that interrupts our daily grind.  With that in mind we have created an environment that is caring, understanding, and realistic. 

We offer Worship at a time that allows you to Worship AND do your favorite activity on Sunday.  We EXPECT blue jeans and casual dress at Worship.  We understand that you have things that will come up that will cause you to miss Worship.  We understand that you can’t be at church every time the doors open.  Therefore we offer a lot of Mission Projects and Family Ministry opportunities to choose from as your interests and schedule will allow.  We understand that it takes time to become committed to the church and we’re willing to give you that time and space while providing Spiritual Growth opportunities to help you succeed.  

So why do people come to The Harbour week after week?  Perhaps it’s because we’re Christ Centered and Bible Based.  Perhaps it’s because of the upbeat music of our live band – 242.  Perhaps it’s the spiritual atmosphere.  Perhaps it’s because we’re Mission Focused.  Perhaps it’s because we don’t take for granted that we are trying to reach REAL PEOPLE in REAL LIFE SITUATIONS.
